At what stage of my move should I contact you?
Ideally, as soon as you know Puglia is your destination. Whether you are still in your home country or have just landed in Italy, an early chat can help me guide you so the process feels more streamlined.
What should I prepare before we speak?
A short summary of your situation is enough. If you already have a timeline or specific items you want to address, just bring that up on the call.
What if i don't know what i actually need help with yet?
That's totally fine. We can just start with a super casual chat so you can learn more about how exactly i can help. That way you know who to call when / if you ever need back up in your new Italian life.
Can’t I just handle the paperwork myself?
Of course. Italian bureaucracy is famously non-linear. My role isn't just filling out forms, it’s knowing which office to go to, which person to speak with, and how to avoid the "come back tomorrow" loop.
Can you help me if I don’t speak Italian yet?
Absolutely. In fact, that is when you need me most. I act as your translator and advocate in meetings on your behalf until you feel confident enough to take the lead.
Are your packages a fixed fee or an hourly rate?
We primarily work on a fixed-fee basis for our packages but we believe in total transparency, so once we define your scope of work, you’ll receive a clear quote with no hidden costs. This allows you to budget and know exactly what’s included.
